A Quantum Birth Certificate is a public, timestamped record linking your wallet to post-quantum keys you generated. It does not move, lock or protect your funds, and it has no official standing with Solana or any wallet. Solana’s planned migration is designed to let owners move to post-quantum keys using their existing wallet, so you do not need this certificate to keep your funds safe. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
