Why control keys matter

Any change of signature scheme on a blockchain starts with the keys that can change things: who can upgrade a program, mint a token or freeze an account. Those keys will need to move first, whatever the reason for the move. This table lists who holds them for some widely used Solana programs, as the chain records it, with nothing added.
